WOMEN's SMALL GROUP CLASSES

The program is still individualized and tracked to progress participants through a large scope of resistance training. Modifications and adjustments can be made to improve the proficiency of each exercise. The last 10 minutes of class involve higher intensity, metabolic conditioning. Sleds will be pushed, bikes will be ridden. We use weighted carries, battle ropes, and core work to enhance aerobic capacity.
