Our programs begin with an initial fitness evaluation that will identify any structural imbalances that can lead to impaired motor mechanics and eventually injury. We will also look to establish base line performance data to judge your progress by. We then design a customized program to strengthen and overcome muscle and joint imbalances, culminating into a very specific strength for the athlete with regards to their sport. Our programs consist of phase-by-phase instructions that target specific adaptations that are crucial for the athlete. Athletes are then primed for competition with periodized training blocks leading up to or during their seasons. All variables are recorded to ensure proper progression and adaptation.
